Convert .dxf to .skp

Hi, I need to convert .dxf files to .skp files. Can someone tell me how? Also I would have attached these (2) files to this request for help but cant find an attach icon.

Since it appears you have the pro version of SketchUp, just use File>Import... and set the file type to "AutoCAD Files".
