That's Manly, right Richard? Beaut spot!!!!!
I can see me unconscious and intoxicated on that front lawn....

Balmoral mate! Manly is the foreshore across the harbour in the background!
Yeah I can see myself sprawled there too from time to time! BTW bottleshop right next door!
No more "jezzz I could handle a few more, but I'm too loaded to get in the car"! -
Travel safe, Might catch up with you in May for a few schooners....

Good On you Richard! Need to clear some of those trees for the view.
In the big city now! Soon you'll be wearing a tie likethis guy
Where was your old hang-out?

Mate I'll have to buy a tie! You could be right I see everyone wearing them!
Mate I'm moving from about 80k north of Sydney - sunny central coast, lots of bush, waterways and great beaches and as a climber about 20 crags within 20 minutes so will miss that.
But given the location I'm moving to I'm not sure I'll miss too much - on a summers day the beach is full of gorgeous chicks so the benefits will out weigh I'm sure.
-
Congrats on the relocation.

Hey Richard, you need one of these. You might bump into my daughter Shelly in Sydney! She has been signed up with a 4 year contract since last January. She is really enjoying the place. I hope to get out there next year for a visit.
