Hi guys, i am a bit desperate. I am trying to render a parallel proyection with vray, with the physical camera off, but i cant get it to work.

The main problem is that for no reason, its like vray ignore any camera distance setup and just make the render in front of the object, like a zoom, and i only can see 30% of the object.

I dunno wat im doing wrong, i have the camera physical disabled, and i only using the GI color and the sunlight at 0,2 intensity.

    Any ideas?

      Hi,

      VRay can't render parallel projections.

So, best way, set the zoom tool on the lower angular field as possible (1°) to simulate the parallel mode. 😉

        nomerdona has a great hack

set the field of view to 1, select the face you want to be parallel, right click and align view.

        Renders great
