Bruce, I have 6 pro and 7 free installed on my work machine no problem. I think if you just download GSU7 and install it straight rather than an upgrade there will not be a problem. Or am I missing something?

I have similarly annoying problem. I have a license for pro6 but did also have 7free installed, used both and it suited me fine. But I incurred some general windows problems so reformatted my c drive. Reinstalled both SU versions. Got 7 free working fine again but now when I try to register 6 it won't accept the license number and tells me to upgrade. I think that is a little bit wrong of Google to force people to upgrade, but it seems I have no choice.

Guys, I am pretty sure this is some (hopefully temporary) glitch not intended by Google.
