      I would suggest you try noisy and let it run. Your scene would be best suited for it.

        if you let it run for a while the noise disappears gradually.

          And don't "wait till it finishes": just save the image when you are already fine with it.

              If you save render as .hdr you can get more out of it in postprocessing.

                What is .hdr and what program would you use for PP? I've never seen that extension before?

                  when rendering in podium, one of the formats you can save your image in is hdr (a better format for post processing).

                        Sorry for not replying earlier. You can use http://www.hdrlabs.com/picturenaut/ freeware to manipulate your .hdr. Quite easy soft to use.
