      There is a ("there are") ruby script(s) for that on the smustard homepage - though not free. Check out there - I've never really needed such an option.

        As an alternative you can use Xline.
        It converts edges to construction lines.

          I've seen a style called "dots.style" that does that, it was free and on the old SketchUp forum. It was made by some guy who then posted it for the benefit of the community.

            The only problem with the dots.style is that the entire model changes.

            By the way, there is also a script which will change the XLines that juju mentioned back to regular lines. Check out XLinetoLine.rb by TIG: http://www.crai.archi.fr/RubyLibraryDep ... o_page.htm
            I use these scripts quite often. You can open the XLine script and change the length of the dashes if you want. I think these 2 scripts go hand-in-hand.
