Advanced camera tools overwrite film & Stage?

I just upgraded to M2. I looked at the video of "advanced camera tools" and I noticed the pull down menu showed a lot more options than I'm getting. e.g Red camera. I originally had the film and stage and have transfered my plugins with each up grade. Is there some thing I need to do to get all the camera tools up and running? I have switched on the toolbar.

Ok, I figured out what is going on. I still have the old film and stage in the plugins and activated from the "Camera" dropdown. The new Advanced Camera tools is activated by "Tools" dropdown. Anyone know how to remove the old plugins. It is not available in uninstall of my control panel.

The old camera plugin consists of 2 items found in your plugins folder, a file called camera.rb and a folder called previs. You can just ditch those to get rid of the old camera plugin.
