Extrude by rotation of a face for MAC

I am looking for a plugin that creates a shape by rotating a face along a curve. I looked at all the extrude plug-ins and haven't found one that addresses the issue.
Thanks, Franka( Imagine an iron tube, twist it, then bend it. For some reason the twisting alone becomes challenging, bending it even more so.)

try the FredoScale plugin by Fredo.
it has both a twist and bend function.
also, Shape Bender by Chris Fullmer might be of use.
it will allow you to place the twisted rod along a specified curve. -
Downloaded it, did the twist and then used shape bender. Thanks a lot for pointing me in the right direction!
