About matching 2 object in 1?

I have this problem about how to match 2 objects in 1 ,which using the way of putting together and hiding line not seems so helpful.... as you can see in pic Ive attached there is a line between 2 object which bother me....can you tell me how to avoid this line( shown between red line).

I'm not sure if this solves your problem but can you use "shift" & erase to hide the lines which will be connected.
Alternatively could you create the two halves as individual groups then double click one group and select all - then pick "edit" "cut". Next double click the other half and "paste in place"
Hope this is what you are looking for.

I use always the first solution youve mentioned and my problem is by this way.
I dont think Im using your 2nd solution right... any way, Ill figure out something... maybe a face on it...

I didn't understand what line you were asking about. If it is the seam line as Steve came up with, you need to do a further step after hiding the seam line edges to make the seam disappear entirely. Notice in Steve's second image you can still see the seam line on the top. That's actually the vertical faces in the seam.
You can see it better in the center of my image because I made the back face color magenta.
The fix is to delete the inside face(s) as well. See the right hand gear in my image.
If the thing you are drawing is symmetrical, make a component (instead of a group) of one half then copy and flip the copy to mirror it. If you find you need to edit it, you'll only need to edit one side and doing this will help to keep file size down.

There's a little bit more to it if the surfaces are curved.
In the above image you can see how I made the entire turned piece on the left from a single element that is just 1/8 of the whole. Unless you see the section on the right, you wouldn't be able to tell.
In this shot you can see the hidden geometry. If you look close you can see that I divided the circular parts at the midpoint of sides rather than at the vertices. Doing this results in two coplanar faces joining at the seam and so there's no change in the shading. If you make the join at a the vertices, the shading on the two , non-coplanar faces will be different and you won't be able to get rid of that difference.
