This problem not occurs on rectangles or when displacement is unchecked.
      My V-Ray version 1.49.01

      Easy steps for reproduce problem.

      1. Create circle.
      2. Extrude created circle.
      3. Make group.
      4. Assign any material with displacement.
      5. Render.

      Thanks for any replies.

I believe the solution to this problem is to subdivide that circular face into several smaller faces. That should help.

          Rob, you're 100% right.
Face subdividing, resolve this issue but is very uncomfortable.
I thought (was hoping), that is simpler method for this.
After dividing, object can be hard to modify (I don't mean this particular case but more complicated).
          Anyway thanks for Your reply.
