which version of vray are you using?

It's probably hiding somewhere due to the dual monitor switch. Sometimes windows get stuck in limbo between the two monitors when you restore to one. Can you find it by using Alt+Tab? If so, tab until you highlight the Vray Options window and once it's the active window (even if you can't see it) try pressing Alt+Spacebar (brings up the window options) you can then hit the "m" key and use the mouse or arrow keys to move the hidden window into view. Might not be the case, but it's worth a shot.
(Try it also with a visible window first to see exactly what the shortcut keys are doing)

If you are using version 1.48.66 or later, you can fix this issue by deleting your vfs preferences ini file. It's located in
Windows 7:
C:\ProgramData\ASGVISWindows XP:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ASGVISOSX:
/Library/Preferences/Qt/ASGVISThis file is responsible for remembering window size and position, as well as a few other settings behind the scenes. You could also edit the file so that only the part responsible for the options window's position gets removed, but it's easier to just remove the whole thing.
This issue should not occur in 1.49.01, so if you are using that version, we would appreciate it if you could send us a bug report about this issue: vfswip@asgvis.com
