Sweet Shop..

The Old Sweet Shop. I enjoyed drawing this one. I wonder if they sell Black Bullets and Toffee Crisp, the good old days!

We had a sweet shop near us that sold by 1/4lbs. Bullseyes, Applesours and Cloves were some of my favourites. Then there was those tooth removing toffee mice.
Nice scene BTW

I recognise that shop!!! Do you plant to do the pub, too?!?!
Is the shop window a render or a photograph? Looks great!

Rich, 1/4 of sweets out of those big glass jars, not many chemicals/preservatives added then.
Lee, I had a feeling you would know the pub & sweet shop
I might draw the pub, although there's a lot of faces to the pillars and caps. Here's the sketchup
to show the two windows, I made a component and placed it around 300mm behind the glass.

Fantasmical!

Does the gold lettering really tilt like that?

A lot of traditional UK shop fronts have a gilded sign like, which is angled to be readable by pedestrians, both near and far away

Here's one not far from me in Hexham
