Vray Newb - Help!

Hello,
I'm new to the board and pretty new to using Vray (I like both a lot so far
)I'm sure this is a pretty basic problem, but I've spent days trying to figure this out and haven't found an answer yet.
Can anyone tell me why the column with the ladder inside this tower shows twice and how to make it go away on the windows on the right side?

Hi there.. its a refraction problem, and seeing the result i would guess you made a unique glass box to represent all of your windows.
Get the glass box, separate the single panes (grouping each plane one by one) and try giving the planes a little thickness.
What you are seeing right now is similar to this:

...or you can delete your refraction layer. (or set it to 1.0)
