Use vertical and horizontal scroll on touchpad for orbiting
-
Would it be possible to bind the vertical & horizontal scroll movement (two fingers on the touchpad) to orbiting movement?
I find it could be really useful for them laptop users...vertical scroll isn't necessarily needed for zooming (like it is now) since pinch zoom works...
If it makes any difference, I'm using a Dell XPS l502x (great computer)
opinions? ideas?

I use three fingers for orbiting (and two fingers for zoom). That is because for me is three fingers = middle mouse button system-wide.
If you can set it per-application, then try it. I'm curious if it proves useful

I can't find anywhere on my system where to set three fingers to be set as a certain click... nor for two fingers. I've got the synaptic touchpad drivers...
I might be able to it with additional software though... any suggestions?
