Missing shadows

the darndest thing happened today. i havent been using SU for a few months in the office, when i opened a previous model i noticed that none of the shadows were casting on model. i get shadows on the ground plane but not on any face. if i open the same model in some one elses computer i get shadows. i cant figure out what could be wrong... any sudgestions?

Graphics drivers and OpenGL settings are commonly the cause of shadow problems.
Since this isn't a bug, i'm going to move this into the SketchUp Discussions. Perhaps someone else will find it useful.
