Wooowow
And you say you need assistance?
The 1st image of this last message is just great!

-
You´ve tied this one pretty well

-
And how did you make your water?
-
Thanks for the thorough response.
-
Wow. Looking better and better.
-
Nice water. Needs a different font though.
Font needs more spacing between letters and wider&thicker letters. That better matches the real ship and would look better I think.
-
Looks great, except there is something about the water...
Scale?
-
Shes Looking Great, love the reflections on the hull, Very clean
More renders!!! -
Pin stripe could add further detail. Looks great!

Hey modelhead
This is really coming well.
I took some close up pictures of wall and floor paints on the MV Coho, a ferry between the Olympic Peninsula and Victoria when we were returning from Basecamp last year. I used them in a scene I put it together to try out the SketchUp 8 they had given us at Basecamp. I never did really take it very far, but the scene can be viewed here if you would like to see how the materials worked.http://www.thearender.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=26869#p26869
I believe I may have added a little scaled procedural as well.
Anyway I have attached the paint jpegs if they are of any use to you .(sorry one is a .png to reduce file size a bit)
