PCB Converter for SketchUp

Hi All,
Don't know if you will have noticed this? Electronic distributor RS Components has just launched a tool that converts IDF files (output from PCB layout tools) into COLLADA. Here's a video - http://www.designspark.com/content/pcb-converter-sketchup
They also have loads of their items available as 3D CAD models, including skp format.

So it's and IDF to COLLADA converter? Have you tried it? Just curious, I don't have a need for such a thing.
On a related note, there is a Cadsoft Eagle to SketchUp plugin called eagle'up. (althougn I think you need to provide your own 3d models of the components.)
