How to do Perfect scalling ?

HELLo everybody ..
I've exported an autocad file to sketchup (*.dwg) when done, the size didn'^t corespond to the original file ofcourse i can sacle it with the "scale tool" of sketchup but it will not be perfectlly scalled and i'll have have a little problme of few centimetrs along some edges.. I've heard about a plug in who do a correct work in scalling but i dont now what is it..
excuse me for my bad english am even learning it

I have also another problem .. i want to get face from the exported edges to pull them off ...

Group it.
Open the group.
Take a measure with the measuring tape tool.
Type how much this measure should be. Hit Enter.
