Anyone fluent with Adobe flash CS5?

I downloaded the trial as I need to create a few things but it's just too bamboozling to figure out, I'm trying to swap a in image sequence from a .fla with images I have, but cannot figure it out.
any help will be welcome.

if you want flash and don't want to learn it... try Swish. it accomplishes the same thing at a very low cost and very low learning curve.
