How to solve dump file error

Hi guys! I'm having a situation regarding vray for su. I'm using the latest version which is 1.49.01 and Sketchup pro 8. I'm trying ti render a 25MB scene but whenever I push render, after a while some black buckets will appear and then turn the whole scene into black. My processor is Intel Core2 quad and has a 4GB RAM. I don't really have an idea about the problem. please help me on this guys. Thanks a lot in advance!!!

make sure you don't have photon map selected as a primary rendering engine. it can render unexpectedly dark (black) results in your primary render, when it shows up fine in the secondary. if that is not the thing causing the problem... make a ticket at support at asgvis dot com.
