Sketchup with VUE?

Anybody using their sketchup model in VUE? If so how easy is it to use? Im using VUE PLE edition and im quite tempted to buy the Plugin to import sketchup models into vue..only thing is VUE kills my system so would also have to consider upgrading aswell.

Also if you do use it, can you post some of your renders so can give me the idea of what i can acheive?

I'm using it at the moment. Real simple to export from SU, unbeatable plants but the render quality is not that good compared to Vray or Maxwell. Clients like the planting though...

Try the learning edition first before you buy.

My experience is that HQ renders take a long time to cook. Vue does not give you free render nodes if you wanted to distribute rendering to other computers. Vray does allow you to render on up to 10 machines for no extra cost. I guess it depends on how much of work is landscape related. If you are mainly rendering interior and exterior architecture, my personal advice is that Vray is the best plugin for this.
