    hello,

    i search a way to lock objekts /groups/scenes via password.

    the normal function "lock object" exist in GS. exist an plugin to do this with password?

          It could be done using a complex set of attached attributes and linked observers that'd prevent unlocking of a specific group/instance - but it's easily thwarted if the rb loading that code is disabled at startup.

          Other 'raw' objects are not 'lockable' in the same way.

          Layers are also not 'lockable', and although coding attributes/observers to ensure a layer isn't deleted [e.g. if deleted reinstate and add all entities back to that layer etc etc] might just be possible but it'd be veeeery convoluted...

          Why are you interested in doing this ?

          My head hurts just thinking about it............

            i work on an historical project, some buildings will be payware and the scene is freeware.

              I think you must consider other alternatives like 3D PDF or QTVR or Flash-based panos etc
