Hi guys i am new to this program. I am starting my own landscaping company and i was wandering if this is a good program to use for landscape designing? would like to here people feed back. looking forward to read what you have to say.

Not one program can do everything however SU can certainly be used for landscape design, just search the forum for some of earthmovers works.

Hi Josh and welcome!
SU was originally not designed to work with extremely large models (both polygon and extent) but there are lots of landscape designers using it, too. You will experience difficulties if you want to populate your models with lots of detailed, 3D entourage so you will need to find a workflow to avoid that but otherwise it can be a nice program.
