I own a single-user, network license version of Sketchup Pro that I use in my office. I was wondering if I could move the license file for it from the network drive to my dropbox folder so that I can work using Sketchup Pro from home using the same license? I have dropbox installed at work and home. Would this work?

There's no need to do that. A single user can add the license to multiple computers but you can only use one of them at a time. I have my pro license entered on both my home PC and my PC at work.

Yours is a single license, Dave, and this is a network license. They work completely differently (and I doubt a network license could work from the internet - but I may be wrong of course)

I don't have a network license, so I'm not quite sure how it works. My post here may help you test it out though if you adapt it to your needs....
