I think you are referring to the Flip Along command. Select the geometry or component you wish to mirror, then copy it and move the copy slightly away from the original. Select the copy and go to the Edit menu; select either Entity or Solid Component then choose Flip Along. You can flip the copy along the red, green, or blue axis.

The Scale tool can also be used to mirror geometry by pulling the middle grip in the centre of the object towards and then beyond the point about which you are scaling. This operation allows you to pull geometry inside out. You can achieve the mirror by typing in a -1 value in the status bar dimension box on the bottom right of the window, after beginning to pull the grips to scale the object.
