Even if Layout has a better dimensionning tool I still prefer the Sketchup dimensionning because of the update referencing feature.

My problem is that in Layout the dimensionning lines from SU do not differ in size from the model lines. Am I doing something wrong?
Is there is a way to have a slight difference in appearence for those lines?

      Tank You for your help

      Bert

        Me too!

As regards your question I haven't had such problems with the size of the dimension lines.
And even if they have by default the same thickness of them in the model, you can just select them and change their lineweight in the shapestyle palette.
        That's all.
I attached a png in which you can see the different lineweights between the elements.

Tank you Gjenio for your reply,

But I thing I did not made myself very clear on that, It was the dimensions lines from Skechup that are always the same as the model itself.

But I discovered that by changing yje profile value in SU does solve my problem

          Tank you again
