Found this the other day. Looks interesting. Maximize a small New York City Apartment.

Thanks Bryan for the link, I am planning to enter the contest and I will post my design here when I finalized them...

Crikey! I used to own a Strida bicycle! (one of the prizes)
Although they look amazing, the folding is, interesting (based on the design of a Maclaren baby buggy, or aircraft folding wheel mechanism to you and me ), they are also HORRIBLE to ride (one gear- operated from a Kevlar timing belt- yuck!), unless your office is right down the bottom end of a hill, your house is at the top, and you get free rides from a colleague after work!!
I now have a Dahon D7 folding bike, which is loads better.

Hi Guys,
Checked out the entries and WsIP so far. I think there are a few interesting ones there. However I feel asking to accommodate 12 diners is pushing things a little too far! Does the owner think he is JC!
I see there are a couple of (or so I think) SCF members there, surprised not to have seen this contest mentioned here before this time. BTW, thanks Ecofeco for the heads up.
The eventual winner probably will be someone that addresses the dining arrangements and guest over-nighters well!
I think it will be worth keeping an eye on the entries.

Thanks Mike.
I will strongly consider entering. My only issue is they have set some VERY steep mandatory requirements for 420sf. My guess is the winners will be the ones that provide the most 'openness'. 420sf for a dinner party of 12 is a bit insane, unless you're freshmen in college. . .lol.

guys, i'm officially addicted to following the contest. for those that are unfamiliar with it, Jovoto is an excellent platform and there is a lot of competitions going on simultaneously. plus, it's a good place to show some love to fellow sketchuppers
