[flash=853,505:hd67khbv]http://www.youtube.com/v/cY82y6KAiVk&fs=1[/flash:hd67khbv]The first video shows a very interesting feature. Adjust the toolbars without having to close and open sketchup
The second video shows another interesting feature. Generates holes in the walls to the shapes of the components with a single clickpossible, get these plugins?

Hi,
In their toolbars, they include JPP and Selector ? I don't know if Fredo and Jim are aware of that ?
Concerning the second feature, I wrote something similar some time ago: Cutting windows, the script can be downloaded here:
http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/RubyLibraryDepot/plugin_details.php?id=98
I don't know if the VMV script can drill holes other than rectangular, mine can BTW, and you can also control the location of the component within the wall thickness.
Hope this helps, -
Thanks, Didier. but in sketchup 8 generate this error.
Error al cargar archivo cutting_windows.rb
(eval):719: compile error
(eval):610: syntax error, unexpected ',', expecting kEND
faces_and_heights[0].pushpull (faces_and_heights[1]), falsemay correct this error?
I do not know if Fred and tig are aware of the improper use of the plugins -
Hi Diego,
Try the attached rbs (overwrite your old rb) and tell me if it works, especialy in SU8.
I'll update the script if it works.

now generates an error and it works.
but I think it works well, inner and auter face of wall.

may be added, optional smoothing+aliasing

I was not aware.
But as I don't understand Dutch, it is not clear to me whether JPP is part of the VMV delivery, or just there as an example of the toolbar customization. If someone from Holland can translate, this would help.
Fredo
