Installation problem

Hi,
I tried to download and install Pro 3 times.
It will download properly but the program will not start.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

So what happens when you do try to start it?
Do you have administrator rights on your computer?

That sounds like a pretty broad problem. You might need to contact Google about it too.
