Installing plugins

please help,having difficulty installing some plugins i want to use. what is the EASY way ,watching tutorials and such just got me confused. have win7 op sys. with new sketchup8 What am I doing wrong?

Oh damn, I will definitely look into the mirror more often (although I do not know if it is worth the horror)
