Exploding toolbars fixed in SU8?

Is it just me?
Every time I add a new plugin, whether or not it has a toolbar associated with it, my toolbar completely explodes.
The command View > Toolbars > Restore Toolbar Positions does not return them to how I had them arranged before I installed the new plugin (yes, I did save the toolbar positions).
Was this the bug that google announced was fixed at SU8 launch, or is there another toolbar bug?

Yea - I experience this as well. It's not 100% fixed.

Hi guys,
The problem in this case is figuring out where the 'new' toolbar should be added. I don't have my PC in front of me at the moment, but I think new Ruby toolbars are added at the start of the toolbars, not at the end. On the other thread on this subject (over at our help forum) a suggestion was made that new Ruby toolbars should be floated on first load to avoid this.
