Component From Component Browser Problem

I'm using SU V.8 and have been having such problems when importing a component or taking it from the component browser. Example, I have a current model of a building and try to import another SU model that I created and it takes for ever to import and then when it does everything disappears. I have to close the model because I cannot get it to work. Anyone having this same problem? Driving me crazy
EDIT: I just played with the same models in SU V.7 and when I clicked on the model I wanted it popped up Preserve Location or Choose Location and I picked choose location and it worked great. This is not happening in version 8 and its messing something up for me anyway.

I did make it work by going back to my models and setting them to have no Geo-Locations and this worked. I was able to import my models. But it still seems messed up in SU V.8 when you do have a Geo-Referenced SU model to import and the dialog does not come up to ask you if you want to choose location or place in the geo-referenced location.
