Derelict Castle

I'm trying to construct a derelict castle, where some of the walls have collapsed and was wondering if there was a plugin or script which could help me to make the top edge of the wall a bit less triangulated so that it looks a little like this
Any thoughts? I have tried a number of plugins such as sculpt and greeble to no great effect.

See the cutaway exterior wall. It was drawn with the freehand pencil tool. Additionally make a few small rock components that you can scatter across the top of wall, at the base of walls and randomly on the ground near the walls.
