Intrusive bucket

Since v8, as soon as I use the paint bucket once, my selection tool often swicthes to the bucket tool by itself. Ending up painting instead of selecting is very very annoying !!!
Anybody else has that ? -
Is that pesky 'B' button jumping in where your spacebar is supposed to be?

I don't even have to start the paint bucket, selection tool is not the only one. Eraser becomes paint bucket too.
I have been holding off doing a clean install thinking I was alone

Ok, lets disable "Auto-activate paint tool" in the preferences, drawing.

Removed Render[in] and the problem vanished.
