MeshLab download and deploy method?

MeshLabv1.2.3a is a .tgz file
I attempted to unzip it with winzip. I made a destination folder named Meshlab. I moved the zip file there and unzipped it there. I did not see any exe or app file to start it.
Anybody familiar with this application and how to use it in windows?
Appreciate your help. -
i think you might of downloaded the linux version instead
