I recently upgraded to windows 7 from XP and I notice that when I open Sketchup it changes my Theme colors on my screen and I guess turns off Aero features (?). Once I close Sketchup it returns to normal, is this a problem with my machine or isthis some function of Sketchup? and what up with the thicker roll ups, they where a lot thinner and took up less screen space in XP.
I am using sketchup 7 pro

What graphic card do you have?
Updated the latest drivers?Does it turn of Aero if you temporarily disable Hardware Acceleration in SU?

Just curious, but when you say upgrade, did you get a new machine with Win7, or did you upgrade your WinXP PC to Win7?

I upgraded my graphic card drivers and that did the trick,
I am running a Dell Precision intel core 2 @2.66GHz with 4GBs of ram and a Nvidia Quadro FX 580 graphic card with 512MB, it was running windows XP pro,I upgraded this machine to windows 7 Professional mode.Thanks guys for your help!
