Everytime i close sketchup i receive an error box with the following:

Unable to create the error report.

Please verify that there is enough space in your TEMP folder.

After pressing OK Windows proceeds to tell me sketchup has stopped working and asks to find a solution. This only happens when i close sketchup. Everything including saving, importing, and exporting even large models works fine. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

        Hi Tudy,

SU is probably trying to create a bugsplat when this happens but maybe your system is not letting it. Could you please, verify whether this happens when

        a) you have more than one copy of SketchUp open?
        b) you have the Components browser open?
        c) you downloaded any models from the 3dwh?
        d) you edited or deleted components prior to the crash?
        e) you minimized SU?
        f) you changed the Component’s browser in some way - e.g. expanded it, showed its secondary pane?

...or just any time you close SU?

Ah, and if possible, any info about your system (down to video card brand and such)...

        Gai...

This happens during all of the above, everytime sketchup is closed no matter what.
          System Specs are as follows:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 (up to date)
          Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 (2.0ghz)
          3GB Ram
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 (512mb)
          Sketchup Pro 7.1

The Computer in question is a Gateway laptop. It has previously run sketchup without any errors. I also installed from the exact same file (original from google site) that I used on my desktop, where there were no issues.

1 strange thing I've noticed is that after reinstalling Sketchup remembers my license info, which led to believe me that not everything was removed. I went to the install directory and deleted everything that remained after uninstall but that didn't work. Is there somewhere else where sketchup saves files?
          Thanks for your time.

            C:/ProgramData/Google Sketchup 7

            Delete that folder and reinstall.

found a solution: update my graphic card driver directly from the ATI website (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650)

the update from windows control panel, did'nt work
