Most people have redundant or unwanted laptops/iPods etc but this site offers cash for your gear...

      http://www.gazelle.com/

Watch a video here detailing the ins 'n' outs

It lets you browse to your exact item then get a quote on what you'll get in cash. More importantly if your item is worthless they offer a recycle service.

Or if you need brownie points you can donate your cash to charity.

Solo you are probably best off using ebay. I sell lots of electrical goods there and you get the best prices as you are selling to consumers not a company. It's so easy.

Any company is just after profit....even if they "recycle" it.....it will be stripped down and sold. They make the money, you don't.

Sorry but the money they offer is crap. They will reduce your payment even more if you have a single scratch on the gadget....ebay is the way forward. Companies like this always put "tempting" prices on their website and screw you when it comes down to it. 90% of the time people don't complain because they have already sent their gadget.
