plugin .rb instead of .rbzIt works just fine in SketchUp 2018.
You can either install the RB file manually or get the RBZ version here and use Install Extension or better, install the Sketchucation Extension Store tool and use it to automatically install the plugins and extensions host here on Sketchucation.

Can't seem to find the plugin in Extension Store... is still available, or was removed?

It seems that Jim has removed most if not all of his plugins.

As I wrote back in April of last year, Jim has withdrawn his extensions and plugins and they aren't available anymore. Get Dimensions was a useful one for me but I've not seen a similar one by any other author.

What sort of upgrade are you wanting for a plugin that has been withdrawn and is not available?

This is "GetDimentions" plugin modified by russian guy which does work well with SU2014Pro on WinXPSP3 with out "Bug repot" window after exiting of SU14.
It was founded on YouTube channel "Geometry of Comfort".GetDimentions_by Geometry of Comfort _SU2014.zip
