How fix problem with Import DXF.
-
I get DXF file, export from CorelDraw. Import into Sketchup.

Zoom-in.

How fix this problem? How to close the open circuit? What plugin would help? -
Have you tried importing to other applications to see if similar results (AutoCad, Illustrator)

The line entities in CorelDraw did not connect with the precision required for SU. This is a typical problem with sloppy vector drawings, or raster2vector exports. If the lines are coplanar, fix them in SU (I think that there is a plugin here (or another) for this, but I an not sure if it trims lines, or joins existing lines with a new line). If not coplanar, you must carefully redraw them in CorelDraw. If you must redraw them in CorelDraw, and the software allows you to, draw the faces as polylines. That way the dxf will import as a surface. If drawn as lines, you may have to "make surfaces" in SU (but I am not sure about this).

At Sumstard there is "CloseOpens" and "StrayLines" to fix these problematic parts. Apparently stray lines are less problematic - they can be deleted by any cleanup plugin but those open gaps are.
