I try to import this DWG file into Sketchup, but
it comes without faces. Someone already knows the way
      to fix this problem ?
Please download the file below, and try to import into
      Sketchup.

i'm going to go out on a limb without downloading the file and say that its too small for SU to create faces. try scaling it up before trying to import it. if i'm wrong 😳

Any chance you can post a small sample of your file as a dxf (just rename the extention .txt) so that we can see what your entity types are? Su faces are created from closed ACAD 3d polylines. So, my guess is that your file entities may be lines. Btw I can't open .rar files.

You could also ensure that the SUp import units [set under options] matches the original DWG's units - otherwise it can become too small anyway... 😒
