Ok. I know there is an easy way to do this but I can't seem to find it in the forums. Although I know it has to be here somewhere. Is there an easy way to to wrap a texture around a complex curved surface?

I appreciate any direction anyone can give me here. Seems I have spent more time searching the forum than actually modeling. πŸ˜„

      Thank you.

AHHH HAAA! You just made my day numbthumb. That youtube video you posted in that link is exactly what I needed. I will post a pic as soon as I apply my textures just to show you what you have helped me with.

          Thank you so much numbthumb!

Alright numbthumb. This is what you helped me with. I know the leather texture is off but I just threw it on to give an idea until I know exactly what leather I am going to use when I build it. The wood is what you helped me figure out.

            Thanks a ton!

Glad I could help. Although that video is about texture projecting, not wrapping ( as far as I can remember ).
              Nevertheless, nice model indeed!
              Cheers!

Well...ok...projecting then. Regardless, you helped me learn about wrapping and projecting. Neither of which I understood before so thank you. It was exactly what I was looking for.
