hello, i serach a plug-in or script to place a control point with contrainte for z axe

If you want to place a Guide-Point/ Cpoint [Control-Point?] at a given Z height above another point you just use the built-in Tapemeasure tool. Pick the initial point and move the cursor up in the Z, use Shift-key to lock it in the Z-axis, pick a point or type in the offset value, as guide/cpoint is made at that location ?

I don't know what is a control point, but if you press the Up arrow key, you have constraint on the Z axis
If you want draw only vertical lines, you can use the Chris Fullmer plug "3 lines tools"
