Slooping lines, Pull-Up.

First, take a look on this picture

(I have only draw the red thigns on the picture, found it on this page).I want to learn how to draw slooping lines with Pull-Up like number 1 on the picture. I havent figure that out and i can only do number 2 on the picture.
It would be nice if someone here can tell med how to do it. Im not familiar with the words who has with editing to do, so my description aint so good.

If you study the figure/model on which you drew the red things, you can learn how to do what you want.
Start with the first notes at the bottom of the model.
For instance:
start with a circle on the ground, then use pushpull tool to make a cylinder.
Select the top face, then scale face larger or smaller than the original diameter.
This model is an excellent way to learn these techniques.EDIT: ok I see that others have posted.
