SU Laptop Requirements

My laptop was recently stolen and I need to buy a new one. I am on a minimal budget right now so I am looking for something fairly inexpensive, however it needs to run SU smoothly. What would be a good Graphics Card and Processor to have in order to do this so I can start pricing laptops?

Avoid Intel and ATI graphic cards. Go for an nVidia based as they generally have better OpenGL support than their competitors.

I might add that Google Sketchup has hardware recommendations for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and Macs. You will find minimum and optimum suggestions and, as ThomThom says, it mentions that Intel and ATI Radeon cards may create some problems. Integrated graphics cards can also be problematic.

Yes - get a laptop with dedicated graphic card.
