Draw length.
Pull Middle control point. Sub Option- Select Mirror Point Option
Click At Distance.
Option > Select one or other control point lines to lock, manipulate, and mirror-rotate or just rotate selected side.Just wishing.. but for now I'll play it simple tricks.
I'm need more experience but just the ability to always choice opposite control segment side appears it would be a real time saver.
But I can work backwards instead for now by clicking the far point and editing back for a smooth,tangent connection as appears for my bezier curve to line edge..
Fredo's established procedure is tops for what I needed to do!!! This wish is probably a lame one, too.

Dang!!! The curve I made was Super TOPS.. I scaled it -1 and it is so symmetrical even butted up against the other Classic Bezier Curve...
