Show Last (however many components) by count from nested

Show last context click (or button) to give a choice in pop-up window to count back from nested components to show as the rest of the model is hidden.
Edit: or by selection. I know I'm lazy.. I could just group... and hide rest.. but I mastered that little trick like 15 groups and components deep.. Don't quote me cause I've seriously lost count and the selection boxes piss me off when nested to closely.. I know I should combine.. but I got lots of parts in small space. Medical Device..
