        I would use TIG's Extrude Edges by Rails found here: http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?p=217663#p217663

        Make the top rail from the top plan, then the bottom rail from the bottom of the tub, then the profile from the elevation view...hit go! It may work best to do it in halves then put them together...

          Personally I would do it the traditional way as it is pretty symmetrical.

          Import the image and trace half of the profile.

          Trace the base of the tub. Align the profile with the base then select that base plan face and use the follow me command on the profile.

          Do some clean up and smoothing and you are done.
