what about Falon dafa? you can easily compare simillar movements to Qi kong ones, they are verry powerful in my sight.

Its never too late to do Asian martial arts as they are ultimatly about form (kata), thus health, like beautiful Tai chi movement, or an old man in the park:-) Don't skip the credits at the end.

Testimonial time:
Today is the first day in over a week I have been able to look through the forum. Last Sunday I was in a freaky accident -I tripped in a building and was struck by falling framing lumber that broke my left femur! I had surgery that night, got a metal rod inserted, stiched up and was sent home Wednesday. the last few days I have been hopping around on crutches but healing well. The point of this - this last few years I have been eating properly and exercising to ward off cardiac issues and to make my knees feel better. Four years ago I took off 40 pounds (18Kg)and have kept it off. The knees feel pretty good. The exercising has given me strength and endurance. With the broken leg I would be a basket case if I was not in descent shape. As it is, the medical physical therapy folks are very pleased with my speedy recovery route. It will be a while before I am "dancing with the stars" but will be quicker because of taking care of the old body.

Hi Jim
Sorry to hear about your accident. Sounds like a pretty bad one. Hope it doesn't interefere with your planned trip to the Emerald Isle later in the year!
God Bless & get well soon.

Thanks Dermot,
We will have to take a rain check on the trip - we received notice that the reunion festivities were canceled because of University cutbacks, plus this leg may be healed by then but I have been assured I won't be up for the kind of walking good tourists like my wife and I would be doing. Just a setback - not really a cancellation!

IΒ΄ll keep my fingers crossed, Jim!

Well Coen, Just had my first taste of Pomelo thanks to you. A little bit of an exercise in peeling, but really a great taste. Thanks for that.

And Jim Speedy recovery!

Jim, wow that is unfortunate but I am glad you are on the mend and have a great attitude about it.
-
Hmm, I better do some research on that...
Sorry to hear that, I wish you a speedy recovery.
