Enlarge a picture??

Before I give up the hunt I thought I would check with you all here.. Is there a program that will enlarge a BMP or JPG with any quality at all...Have just a couple of pics to enlarge but so far...nada...

Photozoom is one of the best...much better than simply changing the resolution in an image editor.

You can also try SmillaEnlarger, it's free and quite good.

Although I remembered that Alan had posted something before (and thanks for that, Alan, too) I could not find his post to recommend.
Now as I would very rarely need such a tool, I wouldn't want to invest in it but I will check out this freebie you suggested.

Your link goes directly to the photoenlarger interface.
What's crazy is there is no introduction, or home page or anything I could tell.
It requires that you get an image to start, and your default image folder opens when you click the "button" in the center of the screen.
I tend to be a little on the cautious side and this unnerved me.
